Mini Group Training

Mini group session are excellent sessions for players that require work on possession games, transfer games, 2v2 and 3v3 scenarios as well as a high intensity aerobic and anaerobic workloads within a group environment.The mini group session is fast, energetic and suitable for players in all positions.

Mini group sessions are an excellent session style as there is so much time for player to train with the ball at their feet. Physically the workout is excellent too as the players are given little time to rest between the different activities.
